Something very strange is going on with my Affinity theme site. I haven't made many changes and yet all of my links are now broken. Just click on any link and you'll see what I mean.
If someone has the chance to take a look at it and possibly divine the problem by looking at the URL's I would be most grateful!

Well, ask a dumb question... as it turns out I changed my global prefs to user-friendly URLS, which threw everything out of whack.
But one dumb question leads to another... Does anyone know how I would be able to change to user-friendly URL's and keep my links? Is there something I can do on a global scale, or do I have to manually change the URL of every article?

Basic Core SEF:
If joomla is in the root; htdocs, or public_html...
In Global Configurations, Search Engine Friendly URLs Yes, Use Apache mod_rewrite Yes, Add suffix to URLs No.
Change htaccess.txt to .htaccess.
If it’s in a folder, you need to change the # RewriteBase / to reflect the path of your site.
Change:
# RewriteBase /
to:
RewriteBase /(the name of the folder joomla is in)
If that doesn't work, search or post here:
forum.joomla.org/viewforum.php?f=544
