When I going to insert an image, insert flash, or even go to edit in html the window that comes up is BLANK and says DONE. It don't matter what editor I'm using.

make sure that you are accessing the site with the exact same url as you placed in the $mos_livesite variable in configuration.php (i.e. with or with out the www)
theres also a couple .htaccess lines that can help you correct this error for people that go to the wrong one (i.e. with out the www) - Billy Zoellers

- fixed for me, as i have domains on top of subdir's it was using the subdomains on admin. thanks for the info
