Blank page after template install

Hi,
Sorry if this is in the wrong section, but I can't see a board for specific Template discussion, and I'm at my wits end.
Whenever I install the Kinetic template, whether it is on a fresh Joomla install or using the RocketLauncher, the front page turns completely blank. No source code, nothing. The administrator section still works, but I see nothing on the main site.

in your joomla administrator, please enable error reporting so we can see what is wrong.

I put max error reporting on though, and this is what I see now:

Anybody have any ideas? It really would be much appreciated.
Also, I don't know what to do to get access to the Kinetic forum - my membership doesn't run out til April 6th

hi jack,
i suggest that you get in touch with your host to change the settings for open_basedir.
