joomla mambot admin help

I'm having an issue in one of my sites admin panels in the mambot section.
I'm trying to open the mambot so I can edit though Im getting a popup saying Restricted access, then its placing a lock on the mambots!
Now I'm the only registered user and set as superadmin, I've even gone and changed the mambot folder to 777 to totally unrestrict access.
Only happening on one site! any one had this issue before or know how to fix it!? :-\ - Don't think, Feeeeel... It is like a finger pointing to the moon. (slap) Don't concentrate on the finger or you'll miss all that heavenly glory.
