Hivemind J15 Submenu Questions -- really need help!

1. I have a few submenus in the main horizontal menubar that appear however the text is getting cut off how do I expand the field so the entire text field is visible?
2. Submenu opens fine but the submenu to that opens to the left with a large space between it and the sub so you you can't mouse over the sub as it disappears due to the gap. How can I reduce the space so the the submenu / sub is directly against it. I've attached a screen capture of this spacing problem...
3. When you have a submenu with a submenu you get an arrow indicating another level exists is there a way to change the side that arrow appears on?
Any Help would be sorely appreciated as my boss want the changes made yesterday and I have not knowledge of the hivemind template.
