Different Login site to my joomla site.

Hi
Is there anyone who can help me with a question?
I create a member page, and thought to use a separate index.html file for login. This will be a simple html page with only a little text and a picture and of course login module.
The idea is that members should come to this single page first, and when they log in with username and password assigned, so they will get into the joomla page.
Someone who knows how to do this?
I am using Joomla 1.5.15

Do I need to create a bridge for this? To my login module? or is there a simple way to achieve this?

- Create a a 'landing page' with just your logo and the login module, when users log in redirect it to the home menu or set all your content to Registered so users have to log in to view it.
