Problem with internet Explorer and the Refraction Template

Hi
I am a bit new too this so apologies if I have done this incorrectly.
I used a the refraction template to make this site:
www.ntingwetea.co.za/new/
Problem is the site looks great in Firefox/Safari/Opera...but nothing except rokstories seems to work in IE 7/8 .
maybe there was something I didnt do right when setting this up....any help would be appreciated

I have got the same problem, Roktabs does not work properly on IE 8. (till versione 1.
Version 1.9 makes the site crash.
So I hade to disable the module

With 1.9 no way to make it work..
with 1.8 there is a problems using 2 roktabs....
IE asks me for installing flash!, and makes my style look crazy!

I found the problem...It's impossibile to use Roktabs on USER 1 IN REFRECTION! That's the poinT!
