Affinity problem with login form

I am posting this here and most likely will not get an answer because I no longer have access to the Rockettheme templates, but do have access to the phpbb3 templates.
When I purchased the Affinity template back in November, it was working fine, but now it's not and I think it's not fair that I should pay $60 just so I can post this problem.
I have the login form published into the login module position of Affinity but when I click on it, the pop up does not display correctly.
I have attached two images, one for the login and the other for the logout. As you can see, there are missing images for the login button and also the login input boxes do not look right. I also attached an image from the phpbb version of it, which is working perfectly. Can ANYONE help please?

- Nevermind, I fixed it. Problem was that the login form I was using was a jFusion version.

- I need to know how to map my rocket theme login to the the Joomla login. Just purchased the template last night.

- rt_crystalline_j15 is the template. Anyone know how to map the login to make it work I am sure it is only mapped wrong or something simple like this.

Since the OP's problem is solved and you are using a different template, you should probably re post here:

Also note that RT templates use the Joomla core login so there's no need to do anything special.
However, if you installed the template to an existing install, as opposed to using the Rocket Launcher, to get everything to work properly you will have to install all the extensions and enable them.
