    • Hello,

      Had the email reminder regarding the renewal of my account and although i have done it the past i am wondering if its worth it this time.

      Plus points are great templates which i like access to even if i dont always use them, however this time round support has been very limited with template assistance.

      I have made several posts over time and bascially put a site on hold because i couldnt get the teamplte to do simple tasks which im sure RT support could solve in minutes.

      If i knew that support would be better i would happily sign up again.

    • I'm sorry you have felt like you weren't getting help on the forum. I did look through your posts and they are largely questions dealing with VirtueMart. In all honesty, VirtueMart is no easy system to tackle, or to understand. It really takes dealing with it regularly to be able to answer those questions, and not all of us mods here use it.

      When using an extension that is a big and troublesome as VirtueMart, it is going to take some extra patience for us to really go through a test set up and see what's going on. It may also take finding help from the VirtueMart site as well. That's what happens with 3rd party extensions.

      Can you direct me to any specific troublesome posts that you still need help on?

      Thanks for addressing my post, I am aware that Virtuemart being a no Rocketheme Extension makes it harder for you to troubleshoot, however as it was integrated in to RT template i would guess that there is a high level of knowledge available from the support offered.

      As its been a while since i created my questions and have had to put the site on hold i will go back over them today and readdress the issues, from memory i do recall there being only one virtuemart query, but will check.

      Once again thank you for addressing the situation and if i could get assistance with my queries it would defo lead me to renewing my subscription

    • having some great support and solving nearly all my queries with my site, think i will defo be renewing
