ROKBB3 - Dosent Work

I only have phpbb3 on my server, not joomla...
I followed the videos, and when he gets to the spot where hes in the control panel, and adds a module , his list shows all the types of themes, mine only has 1 theme listed.
I only show afterburner in my listing of items in the module managment...
i installed vortex also, but it dosent show on that menu.

Try Again?
1) Install pHpBB3
2) Upload rokbb3.zip package to your Webhost (Filemanager or FTP)
3) Open FileManager. Right click on rokbb3.zip and extract. Enter the pHpBB3 install location. - Apache Version 2.2.14 (Unix) | PHP Version 5.2.12 | MySQL Version 5.1.43-log | Architecture x86_64 | OS Linux | Joomla Version 1.5.20 | pHpBB v3.0.7-PL1 | Firefox v3.6.8 | Internet Explorer 8 |

Afterburner is the free GPL template and there is a free GPL version of RokBB3 also that only has Afterburner info in it.
If you are using Vortex, you should be able to download the member version of RokBB3 that includes Vortex.
There are also a lot of troubleshooting tips in the phpBB3 section of the forum and you'll be more likely to get answers to questions there.

Yes, I have full membership, downloaded it per the video did.
So do i unintsll RokBB3, and reupload with some other package?

Hi,
I just installed the latest version of phpBB and followed the instructions in the video tutorial for adding rokBB3 and a new style and followed those closely.
I installed the style as you can see here, and did everything I saw in that tutorial: dsapartners.org .
The last part of the tutorial is where things didn't match up. I have no place under the General tab that shows the "RokBB3 group". Why doesn't this show for me? I cannot find anywhere to customize any of the Afterburner settings? Does the free version come restricted?
Thank you for any advice. I'm willing to buy a phpBB club membership, but I'd like to know if this is a problem first or if it is just how the free version works.

If you're not seeing the link in the left column under the general tab, then you likely missed a step or went through a step in the wrong place. When you enter in the RokBB3 module in the admin backend, you're creating it to be used in the General tab.
Can you check over the install instructions here and see if you followed through them the same:

Thank you! I joined the club and downloaded the club version of RokBB3 and followed the same instructions and it seems to work. I can't remember now, but perhaps I originally created the RokBB3 module to be used on the same level as the General tab.
I think that was my problem. Well, at any rate, it is working now and I have access to premium forums and styles. Thanks for the reply Ben.
