Cannot download templates (CLOSED)

- My subscription is still active to joomla templates but it wont allow me to download any templates???

- No, but in the mean time you can try logging out and logging in again to see if if fixes the problem.
  
  Be sure to clear your cookies and cache.

- They been sending me emails saying there is nothing wrong with my account but there is clearly something wrong as i have tried two browsers and it still wont allow me to download.
