- Try doing hard refresh by clearing browser cache for your browser and then, restarting it
- Quick tips::
1) Clear your browser cache if changes dont reflect
2) Provide link to your site to help us help you better
3) Use in firebug

I have completely flushed the browsers temp files and cache and still cannot download new template.
I have even logged into a windows 2003 r2 server and tried to download using my account details and I get the same error.
Support have just palmed me off now saying noone else has reported this problem and looks like they are washing there hands of me.
I must say im very disappointed with the support as this clearly is an issue with my account and not my computer as running on a different system has proven.
Im getting to the point where i will be asking for a refund on my year subscription if they do not sort this out!

It's usually all or nothing....

Have you tried a different browser?
Could you send your account details to support and let them log in to your account to see if they can replicate the issue? - Thanks,

I can bowse the kinetic link fine and get access to the download.
Cannot on the crystalline link.
They have reset my account password and have tried but cannot recreate it.

Well, perhaps if your account is OK they could, as a workaround send you the files in an e-mail or something.
I have no idea why this is happening....

Yea very odd.
They did send me last night the files as a workaround.
Fingers crossed the next template I don't have the same problem.
