Joomla Reaction Template: "Showcase" Area

I just downloaded the Reaction (Dec 09) template:
http://demo.rockettheme.com/?template=reaction
and have a few customization questions in the "Showcase" area.
The showcase area is on top underneath the menu (It contains the Reaction Power logo/text on the left, the picture of a video screen on the right, and the 4 "Popular" pictures right below all that). I'm having problems trying to locate where to edit these places.
For example...how can I change the links of the 4 "Popular" pictures? Where can I find the video screen placeholder so I can put an actual video there? Can I change the header logo on different sections of the site?
I'm new to Joomla so any help would be most appreciated. Thanks!

Okay, so there's 3 buttons on this page: demo, download and support:
http://www.rockettheme.com/joomla-templates/reaction
When I click support, it prompts me to log in. When I do, it then says "You are not authorised to read this forum." I don't get why I can't. I'm a registered logged-in member.

This usually means your membership has expired.
While you're waiting for a response, if you believe your account is active, try logging out, clearing your cache and cookies and logging in again.
Besides that, you'll need to wait for a response to query you've already sent to the team. - Thanks,

- Don't believe that's the case. I bought 3 entitlements for 365 days and only purchased this last month. Tried "logout then login" method, as well as clearing cache/cookies, but I still get the same message.
