Hello,
I am a joomla template club member and my subscription is valid till Nov2010,but i am unable to download March2010 template crystaline,please check the issues and let me know.

Do you have a proxie / firewall?
Flush browser temp files and cache reboot browser and also reboot any hardware firewall.

Yes I found out after monitoring our company firewall. It was behaving quite odd and refusing packets from this site. After an update and reboot all is resolved.
