    • I am using FF5.0 and have no problem.

      Most unusual :o

    • michelle if you still have that problem in FF, you can make a screen of your FF window and addons window, so we can have a look
But may be best to start a new thread in Watercooler forum.

      hi there,

please start a new topic in the rokgzipper forum and don't forget to add a link to your site and a detailed description of what is not rendering properly.

      thanks, kat :)

    • Actually, following this solution by Andy is even worse! Disabling the Gantry Zipper and enabling the System Plugin RokGZipper works for IE but fails to load the site in FF or Chrome. This is a very bad solution. Enabling the System Plugin should not break anything RT in any browser; not the RokGallery, not Camber, nothing. So clearly there is an issue with one of these RT items.

    • In hopes that this will help someone out...

I tried many combinations on my shared server through hostgator, with rokgzipper, gantryzipper and all kinds of other extensions and caching tools and what I found to work the best for our site was simply enabling system-cache plugin for joomla and disabling everything else.

All of the other extensions seemed to slow our site down because of the fact that they would 'build' the site one part or section at a time when loading. With system-cache (standard) it is lightning fast because it simply just uses the stored cache from the last time the site loaded and it works much better with nothing else enabled.

We'll be moving to a private server soon and I will retry but with a shared hosting this config is best for us!
