Moving Test Site From A Subdomain To Regular Domain?

Hi,
Forgive me if this has been asked already. Is there an easy way for me to move my Joomla Dominion test site (which is currently on a subdomain) to my regular domain?
If there is, can someone point me to directions?

- Do you know if Akeeba Backup will also backup all the phpBB stuff too? (As long as it's under the Joomla directory?)
