Menu Color on TerranTribune

One of our customers has asked that we provide the option to color one of the menu items when it is not selected nor in hover. They wish for it to stand out at all times as 'important'.
I have already updated the template to change it to red on hover and selection.
What is needed to provide this feature?
ex:
Menu1=Blue (selected)
Menu2=Gray (not selected)
Menu3=Gray (not selected)
Menu4=Red (not selected)
Menu5=Gray (not seleted)

I cannot see a board specific to Terran Tribune. My 1 year is up, is it unavailable due to this? How do I get support for templates I own from then?
