I wouldn't put much value in the estimates it gives. It's obvious the site is just trying to get you to sign up for advertising. I just thought it was funny when it said rockettheme.com is worth over 4 million dollars.
It told me one of my sites is worth 600,000. Hell, I'd sell it for 1/10th of that in a heartbeat.
