Seeking Advice - Template for User-Specific Content

I am launching a small site that will allow friends to host professional information (think "Visual Resume") about themselves. I'd like each user to have an URL, like "my-site.com/UserName" and be able to post content for their area. The group is small, so I don't have a worry about a user sabotaging another's area.
Which template would best fit this use?
