Placing Banner outside the template

Hello Rockettheme-Team,
I'd like to ask you, whether there is a possibility to place different banner
in different sizes around the MERIDIAN template.
Because I don't have any coding skills, the next question is, if there
generally is a chance that one of your developer is able to create the new
feature and of course, how much are the costs for that.
If so, I would give you more details about the positions and sizes etc. Here
