I'm looking for a programmer who is experienced with PhPBB who can help install, mod and customize my company forums. I will be providing all the art and design support, but need a solid programmer who can add necessary custom code.
I work with multiple clients on very art-intensive projects, so my forums need to be customized accordingly. It's important that clients cannot see any other clients or vendors aside from those assigned to their projects, but the way PhPBB handles new usergroups/permissions it's easy to make embarrassing mistakes sometimes.

I'm looking to take it to the next level, providing my clients the ability to:
- Batch-upload JPG files
- Easier way for me to assign permissions and see who has permissions on each forums/sub-forums
- Better email notifications on new replies to a user's subscriptions that include:
- JPG thumbnail if there of any attachments
- Preview of the first 100 words in the new reply, including WHO replied - Perhaps a way for users to simply "paste" an image to their message instead of having to upload each file individually by navigating through their folders? Not sure that's even possible...
And a few other more advanced features if they're possible with PhPBB. I'm also willing to look at other solutions if you have other ideas.
