When your subscription expires you will no longer have access to the download section or the template specific forums.
www.rockettheme.com/legal/terms.php
You'll still have access to some of the forums, but template specific questions usually aren't answered there.

IF your account is going to expire soon, I'd make a copy of all the documentation that you need.

- The documentation is freely available either on the demos on the detail pages themselves. The only areas which are locked into the subscription are the download areas and the forum boards.
