Hello
We are working on some marketing pieces and are going to use mailchimp or aweber for double opt in campaigns we have and want to know what is recommended for developing a landing page using the crystalline template?
Perhaps this is a rookie question, but we essentially will have one page with a video embedded in it with some copy and a box for someone to enter their email to get more information.
What do you think would be the best approach?
What we have now is for a google adwords example. This is straight html, but thought we could use one module and customize the size to encompass the whole screen.

Rather than using a html landing page with a redirect to the Joomla site, you could create a 'landing page' with your template (no menus, no Articles, etc.), publishing only two modules, one with the video, one with the e-mail info module.
Depending on how you set things up, with the e-mail component the member could be redirected to the site after filling out the e-mail info, or be given the option to skip entering the info and going directly to the site.
But bear in mind, if the user bookmarks the landing page, and not the redirect, they will get the landing page each time they visit the site, so you should allow for a link to let them pass through.
(There may be a way to set this up with cookies, etc, but that beyond the scope of the templates, so you may want to search or post on joomla.org. or the JED.) - Thanks,
