How do I make a blank Page?

Hi, I bought a Joomla template and i'm really new to this. I have a very big problem. my site:

is new and is still being worked on, we have a due date and the problem is we're stuck. The problem is: We dont know how to make a blank page in which we will be able to add modules and articles. Currently we have tabs on the top menu, but we are unable to add modules and articles to the page the tab would link us to. Please help!!

There is not really a way to post a "blank" page. I'm not exactly sure what you mean, but it seems like you want to set up the "skeleton" of the site to which you can add content to later?
I would suggest making each menu item an article blog or list, and assign different sections or categories for each menu item. Then create at least one article in each of those sections or categories. If you want it to stay "blank" for now, I believe you can have an empty article with a non-breaking space. The html code would be:
