Suggestion - Easy rocketlaunch samples removal module

I love RocketLaunch and the ability to establish a new site's layout with all the bells and whistles. After installing everything just as I saw it in the demo, I can then tweak it to my heart's content. It may end up radically different but, having the groundwork laid by RocketLaunch is a big help.
It would be tremendous if there was a tool (don't know if it would be a module, plugin, or what) that, when I was ready, could be used to easily remove all the sample categories, sections, articles and modules.
The process of removing all the elements that do not pertain to a new site takes a while and it is hard to guarantee I've gotten everything. When it is time to hand over a site to the client so that they can continue to add articles, they are sometimes confused by something that was set by RocketLaunch that I've overlooked when cleaning up.
At its most basic, even a list of sections, categories, articles, modules, etc. would be great. Maybe a spreadsheet?
