Joomla Wrapper with SMF

Not sure if this question only relates to the Vortex Template, or is a global question about using the wrapper to include the SMF into any Joomla Template!
I am using Joomla version 1.0.12, with SMF version 1.1.2. My website is www.woolamaibeach.asn.au and I have wrapped the Vortex template around my SMF Forum which is located www.woolamaibeach.asn.au/forum .
I have configured the menu item settings for the SMF wrapper as follows:- Scroll Bars: No
- Width: 100%
- Height: 500
- Auto Height: No
- Auto Add: No
The problem I am having is that the height of the SMF Forum page does not automatically adjust and remains at 500px even though the height of the SMF forum page is greater than this (See front page of forum!)
Can anyone advise if this is a Vortex templating issue or whether I have configured it wrong?

I would use the bridge from
www.joomlahacks.com
It has an built in wrapping feature which makes it perfect.
It is used by Rocket Theme

Set Auto-height to "Yes". I think it only works it the forum is in the same domain as the site.
I use SMF wrapped at my site ( www.toolboxcreations.com/wrapper/index.php ) without the bridge...so no need to install that unless you want to integrate the user accounts into Joomla. - Toolbox Digital | Dribbble | Forrst
