RocketTheme interference with automatic Joomla/phpBB3 update

I have a Joomla RocketTheme installed for my website, as well as a RocketTheme phpbb3 style (both Infuse).
My hosting provider BlueHost suggests me an automatic update for both versions (Joomla/phpbb3). But their information says that plugins might cause problems during the upgrade process.
Do I have to fear anything with my RocketTheme products? I thought using the BlueHost offer is pretty neat, since I had problems with manual updates in the past...
