    • Hello!
      I have found out that some of support questions not answered long time. I suggest to make some script to move it automatically to forum "Stupid question" or whatever "Not Answered" so support teem moderators will be able to find all of that in one place. Auto mail to author with some message like - " Dear..... your post is not answered within ...days. That’s may be because you did not provide enough details, asked question beyond of our control, etc. That’s really sucks to monitor topic subscription or come to forum every day with hope that there is maybe someone replied to you.

    • First and foremost following is the need for members to follow basic guidelines s for support:

      Nothing is more frustrating for the moderators than 'URGENT' or 'NEED HELP NOW' posts without basics details.

      When we receive this type of post, it forces us to ask for details only slowing the support process.

      (If members would follow the guidelines for support this would cut out the 'Please provide a link to your site, provide annotated screen shots' type of initial responses.)

      Secondly, we are here to support RT themes (as they are provided) and their extensions....

      But many many post are in relation to 3rd party components (because 3rd party sites are too slow in responding) or the types of question that is far beyond what we can offer here for support.

      We are happy to support your use of the template as it is provided, but beyond that, you have to be patient if your request goes beyond what we can realistically provide for support.

      Someone may pick up on your post and be able to give you a hand, whether it be about a 3rd party component or some type of coding that is beyond the normal TOS.

    • I agree for 90% and my post is not a complain, but those peoples including me really have to know that their question is "beyond the normal TOS". Those lot of unanswered posts only make searching a solution longer. There is as well several discussions which is "beyond the normal TOS" and this give hope so maybe support have to be separated to different areas/forums/etc to be clearly mention what is supported and what is not.
