Reaction Template MooTools Error

Everything was going fine while building the site until we went to test it in Internet Explorer where we couldn't see any of the modules on the pages, clicked the error icon in the bottom left corner of the browser to see what was up and these errors where displayed:
'null' is null or not an object
mootools.js Line: 8
and
Object doesn't support this property or method
mootools.js Line: 59
Code: 0 Char: 102

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey, thanks for the reply, that's the problem, this site isn't live yet as it's going to be a Joomla build of our current one, we have it hosted here in the office on a local machine, I've checked the source code on the errored page and MooTools isn't being called twice, so it must be something else which is calling it, does the Reaction template call MooTools, if so it shouldn't need to as Joomla does doesn't it?

- Did you add any 3rd party non-RT extensions? Might want to disable them one by one and refresh..there could be a conflict with one of them.

- I've just realised it only gives me this error on one page and no others, all of my other pages work, I've tried creating a new menu item, didn't work, if someone could get back to me as this is fairly important..

Are you sure you disabled everything running on this one page? I think Mike nailed it.
No jQuery spinning gizmos you forgot to disable? Nothing...just content and not a single module? No plugins controlling the content...nothing?
Perhaps post the source code of that one page so we can see what's being loaded?
