    • It depends on which CMS you are using. For Joomla it is:

      Either:

      1. Admin > Site > Global Configuration : Site Title
      2. Menu > mainmenu > Home > Page and/or Item title
      3. Content > Frontpage Manager > Content Item > Title
      4. Content > Static Content > Content Item > Title
      5. Content > Article Manager > Article > Title
      6. In your 3rd party SEF component configuration

    • Thank you for your detailed explanation, I tried all of the points, but nothing seems to affect the name on top of the browser bar.
vip-wedding-hawaii.com on top of the browser bar it says HivemindDesign
I want to delete it or replace it.

      Thank you, Angy

    • hi angy,

usually you should be able to change it following prim's 2nd suggestion:
      > menus > mainmenu > open "home" > ...
in the parameters (system) change the page title.

if it still does not work, you can send me your super admin details in a pm to take a look.

      kat :)

    • On suggestion #2, set Show Page Title to 'No' or change or clear the page title field.

If you dig a little, you'll probably find 'HivemindDesign' there...
    • Thanks,

    • I have the same problem, but I tried #2, I have failed to find the site name. For me I am using rt_modulus_rocketLauncher. How did VIP solve that problem?

    • If you are using Joomla 1.7:

      Go to Main Menu: Home
Look for Page Display Options > Browser Page Title
