How To Delete Everything?

Hi,
I created a new database etc for a new website and then uploaded the template package. I did a full install of joomla and forgot to install the sample data which is what i wanted. Doh!
Im certain i need to delete everything from the website but not sure the best way to do it?
Basically i want the demo content, but that is the best way to do it? Do i need to start again and if so whats the best way to do it?

Hello!
No need delete your configuration.php once you have the information for connecting to database then upload installation folder
