wordpress Mu + domain Mapping = no theme settings menu

- So, I found that the themes are compatable with wordpress mu. with only ONE problem.. as soon as I map the subdomain to its own domain address (i.e hostawinenight.oregonbusinessconnect.com becomes hostawinenight.com ), the theme settings control panel stops working... looks like a .js error? Help? I like these themes, otherwise i wouldnt have bought a license.. I just need to be able to get into the control panel..
