Unable to Download Templates

    • Hi,

      Currently I am having a Joomla Template Club subscription from JUL 9 2009 ending on FEB 23 2011 with 5 Entitlements.

      However, when I tried to download the latest JUXTA template, I was shown the following message:
      You didn't have the correct subscription to view that page. Please join or renew your membership in the one of the following clubs: Joomla Template Club, Developer Joomla Template Club

      I am not sure if this is the correct place for support. If not, please moved this thread somewhere appropriate. Thanks!

      Awaiting for resolutions.... :cry:

    • hi zach,

      if you are unable to download a certain template only (others work fine) that this is usually session-related. clearing your browser's cache and cookies and logging in again usually solves the issue.

      we have also seen cases where a firewall would cause this strange behavior.

      Was so worried previously. Well, guess I can only download it after I get discharged from hospital. :cry:
