Gantrybundle, problem with modules appearing in correct pos.

Hi,
I have decided to take a shot at the gantry framework when i saw the news about the demo site being launched. I installed the bundle, and everything went smooth on that part. But when i start to rearange my already existing modules, i get problems. I try to publish modules to the following positions:
sidebar-a
sidebar-b
But when i do that, one of the modules is put on the "left" side of the mainbody or whatever postion i publish a module to "around the mainbody". To better explain my self i have attached an image showing my problem.
Anyone else having an issue with this? Is there a solution to it or is it me doing something wrong?

Ouch - After digging deeper into stuff I found out why I had troubles. Attached an image showing what i needed to configure
Getting more an more impressed of the features and possibilites with Gantry - great work behind this

Hi, site is not live because of me updating it to use Gantry template and features
