Two small comments... the "privacy statement" link seems to be broken and... if I were you I wouldn't be shy about making my welcome message the central "look at this" part of your frontpage. By this I mean I'd move the two modules currently above it, to under it and I'd probably yell the "If you have arrangements you'd like to have published" part. Well... I would at least highlight them with a bold font
