It's a small simple personally project. I going to start making a website for a church, and was looking for example sites so I can get the feel of whats out there. Then I created
www.churchsketch.com/
, a gallery of just churches designs. It was also a good way to learn more about FLEXIcontent, and probably be my test to test new FLEXIcontent features on a live site.
Update: domain will forward to
www.cssfaith.com
instead. The name is more broader, so now I can put more than just church websites. I'm using K2 instead Why did I choose it over FLEXIcontent? because it was what I needed. FLEXIcontent's tag results page was not the best. On top of that it uses a thumbnail script not friendly to my server or php 5.
Paradox
I never thought I would use a template without making changes to it. The design just fits it's purpose. Than again this is a hobby website, so I didn't feel like spending hours in customized it.
I really like the template. It just fades nicely into the background. Good job! I like your concept, too. I've done a few church websites and I always look around at others to get ideas.

I'm re-designing our Church Website. I really like the upchurch template you did. What template is that based on? Your site has given me a lot of ideas. What an inspiration.
