hello, first of all, sorry for my english
i'm not very talented in flash. i want to animate the background in flash (just little things). is it possible to add a layer with a fixed position, set the background of the swf to transparent, and just let things glow, or fly?
for example, here is my website http://www.troetsch.de
I just want to add a little red flashing light (on the berlin tv-tower) and maybe let the birds fly around it.
is this possible, if yes, how could i realise that?
