I hardly ever compliment people on their sites...AND I have yet to see a site based on this theme that i really liked (including one I did!), but you nailed it. The lines in the header work FOR you not against you and you're offering just enough info on the front page. Even the animated snow doesn't bug me
My only suggestion would be to launch the youth site in a new window. As an end user it always bugs me when a menu item takes me to an entirely different site with new navigation. Opening a new window is a great way to tell the user..."You just left our site!"
Keep up the good work, this proves RT themes can be used for church sites
