Awesome site there Julie, youve made lots of improvements since I last saw it.
I am loving the font for the logos etc... Its just cool
It is a very organised structure which ticks the right box for me.
One suggestion, change the linked images to have no borders,
For example, the contest image, if you edit it in HTML mode to <a href="index.php?option=com_wrapper&Itemid=112"><img src="contest/images/radarsml.jpg" alt=" " border="0"></a>
