    • Hello everyone, I'm designing a site dedicated to Nintendo gaming. I need some ideas thrown my way so I can have the best-looking site around! Comments and suggestions are appreciated! I'll be using 3rd party extensions for the screenshots, reviews, videos, and music sections so please throw out suggestions for those as well.

    • You do not have much content on so it's hard to say. One thing I've noticed is on RokStories you've integrated some white on blue background buttons. You don't need those. But if you do, try to integrate them into the graphic style of the whole theme.

      The readmore button under rockstories also looks out of place in my opinion.

    • First of all, thanks for the response. I guess you're right about not having enough content...makes sense. I did mention that I'm still building though ;)

      As far as the blue buttons, those are default and I haven't changed the colors. What colors do you think will look good for the current dark theme? You're right though...I completely didn't notice how off that is. The same goes for the main menu. When you say the readmore button looks out of place, where would it look better at?

      To get unbiased criticism you can register on: usabilityhub.com

      here you make a screenshot of your website and you can let 5 - 100 people see it for > 5 < seconds only and ask up to 5 questions.

      Now you know what people think of it on their first impression

      you can also do a CLICKTEST.. again screenshot of your website or something else and let up to 100 people click somewhere after u asked them something.

      For example you ask them to click on what they like or do not like

      check it out it helped me a lot! :)
