We have been using RT templates for 3 years now. We started with Terran Tribune switched to Solar Sentinel and this year we settled with Maelstrom. Our site has many css changes so it doesn't look much like the installed version.
In addition we use the Mynxx Virtuemart template for our ECommerce layout. We have configured the Mynxx VM template to replicate the default "add to cart" popup that was missing.
We especially like the abilities of the mega menu. We have many products and this makes navigation substantially easier for the consumer.

hi,
i'm using mynxx for a shop & i discovered that all the css typography styles doesn't work in virtuemart categories or product. I tried several times in the editor to put a custom style for text or product ... nothing works.
Do you know if it is normal, can you tell me?

Sorry but I am not sure. Never use typograpghy. If I want to change the css for anything I use firebug to find it then edit it.
I am not using the RT Mynxx theme but the Mynxx VM template and Maelstrom theme. See here for an example:

woooa... you web site is full of product, really ... how did you modify the "comment" area? adding an editor and a captcha validation button?
how did you do to combine the two templates together?

If you want to add the mynxx vm template just upload the folder vm_mynxx into components/com_virtuemart/themes if it is not already there. Then in virtuemart configuration set your theme to vm_mynxx. This will allow you to use the VM mynxx themplate in any other RT theme for all your shop pages. It will not be able to use mynxx's dropdown cart though but you can restore the default add to cart pop up. See here for instructions on how to do that:

The comment system is Jom Comment. There is a hack somewhere that overrides the normal comment system for Virtuemart. I do not remember which file but I found it on jom comments wiki page. - Scott
