    • i'm not really a big fan of fluid sites but it look like everything is working.

if you're going to keep the RT logo at the bottom i'd suggest joining the affiliate club adn link using your affiliate ID ;)

what you've done with the news portal is really nice though ... like it a lot!

      there is a thread here:
      www.rockettheme.com/forum/index.php?t=12505&rb_v=viewtopic

of someone asking for a little feedback on the component, maybe you could spare a minute ;)

i might even click on a few of those amazon links when i next buy

    • Fluid just happened to work a bit more. But I am still fiddling around with it.

I might look into the Affiliate ID thingee. And I posted a reply to the News Portal thread.

    • I dont like fluids sites either, with theses 16:9 laptops about these pages look really out of place and you have to move your eyes alot the read the site. Very bad usability. Losts of {mosimage} in the text, but thats probably due to the fact that the site is not finished (I hope, LOL)
    • On the box it said "Needs Win98 or better" - so I installed Linux.

    • the {mosimage} tag in the abstract of the stories on teh front page is due to a bug in iJoomla Newsportal. If you open the story itself the {mosimage} acts accordingly.

Thanks for this info, with such a bug I will stay away from it.

    • it is more of a petty annoyance really. And more so since I place the cover image in the first position
