Looks good. Can I ask, what blog component are you using on the YellowWebMonkey website? And what rotator is that for the showcase for the company website as well?
The Blog component is Easy Blog from Stack Ideas:

I am a big fan and use it on all sites including my own blog:

The rotator is the built in template banner on that template. Most of the ones from Pixels Paradise have it built in:

Its really nice because you can put whatever modules in header1-header10 and it rotates them.

Nice job! A few suggestions for things that caught my eye right away.
1. Why put the exposed email address and URL on the bottom of the site? Seems redundant, besides opening yourself up to the spambots. Use the Contact page instead and utilize the email to of the contact form instead of displaying any email address on the website.
2. I'd suggest moving the designer logo and copyright up into the footer section, more specifically within the "rk-2" class section.
3. In the Services section, the content is running off the side of the page. You should either modify the page width or modify the column spacing.
