Very nice! I really like your logo.
I also like the transparency and background image. The only thing I could suggest is to maybe balance out the top header by adding some images to the top right. If you don't know how to to do this, just expand the the logo image width to fit that by screen shotting the page, and then change the width in the template.css.
I'd also make the post displays on the front page not exceed more than 5. It scrolls down really far, and you don't have enough modules on the right side to balance it out. Other than that it looks really nice!
