    • Thanks for sharing this it gave me some good ideas. I like the simple clean design, particularlry the use of the transitions on the home page. Being slightly picky I would say that a couple of them with more text are difficult to read with the speed of transition.I also felt that the contrast between colours ie. red green and blue was a bit to sharp, but I would be the first to admit that my skills are in programming and not design. I am no good at art or color co-ordination so you may well take what I say with a pinch of salt.
Thanks again for showing this to us.

    • Hi Richard

Thank you for your much valued feedback. I will adjust the transition timing enabling visitors time to read them. Funny you mentioned the colors as I keep looking at them thinking it doesn't look right! I think it may be better to re order the colors as green - red - blues doesn't work! I think by adding another slide between them e.g. orange etc (as rainbow colors blend into each other) it may be smother and easier on the eyes.

      Regards

      Toni

    • Hi Rae

Yes it was Camber but I changed it a few days ago! :)
Modulus is cleaner and I think better suited for a Community site. Too many nice templates in Rockettheme to choose from!

    • Ah, that explains it. :)

I'd still like to know what extension you used for your downloads. It looks really interesting and I am looking for one for a site.
    • Best wishes,
      Rae

    • Very clean and simple download system - is it an extension (download component) or an article?

    • It's called RSFiles and if you follow them on Tweets or click like on Facebook they give some great discounts sometimes around 50% I think I paid around 10 bucks for this component. It was very easy to install and easy to use.
