okay now ive got that out of my system.
couple of things i would change
the logo - this just seems as though you stuck it on (if you get my meaning)
login - id drop this down a little so it centers inside the cpanel area - i would also probably change the name on the tab (to member area or something similar)
Mainbody - i would be tempted to change the mainbody to the left and the menus to the right (but thats just my personal choice) - i wonder if you can add a style switch for it?
whos online this doesnt work
you also have this error message at the bottom of your main page

i cant look at the rest of the site - as it loads excruciatingly slow - Joomla Extensions - www.ninjoomla.com

Logo - I know what you mean. I've got a few ideas in development but in the meantime there's a slightly better temporary one up now!
Login - Will have a look at this
Mainbody - Have switched it round and actually quite like it with the menu on the right so am going to trial it for a while!
Who's online- Not sure what's up with this, is working some of the time - Will have a look
fsockopen message + Site slowness - Both I think due to server problems yesterday. I'm considering moving host at some point in the future. It's been faster the last 24hrs! -

the sites alot faster than the last time
but i would suggest a change in host also
i would also recommend removing the top modules on pages like the events page
they sort of get in the way for me
but that again is just my personal oppinion
i do prefer the menu to the right
