      Your website is ok, but it can be improved. Some design elements and modules are way too big. It is almost as if you were making a child wear a coat that is too big. He will seem out of proportions. You have a lot of unbalance in this site. Check out this page . They talk about the concept of balance in web design.

    • Yea, I'd get rid of the background and I'd remove the map button at the bottom of the page. You already have it in the menu. It breaks the natural flow from left to right on the footer.

    • It's too much on it.. People look more at the background then the actual content which is very bad.. If you background had some advertising or similar backlinks it would be another thing but now it's just something that draw attention for nothing.
