Additional Extensions: Standard RT Extensions that came with the template, XCloner, AllVideos, RSFormsPro (General Forms), Fabrik (Secure Forms), and Kunena (Forum).
Custom Development: None
Any specific areas of my site that I'd like feedback on, if any: All feedback is welcomed
Additional Comments: This is my second RT site and third ever Joomla site I've done, I think I'm making progress..
The site is completed with the exception of the owners inputting some additional property information and pics. We do plan on adding some updated photos on the main page when the weather is nicer.

Hi,
I have few feedback points if you don't mind:
1. enable url rewriting in global configuration to remove index.php from your URLs
2. why don't you make complaint form also with Fabrik?
3. why don't you create School distric page also as Joomla article instead of PDF file
4. since you already use RSForms, replace joomla default contact form with RSForm. It will look better
5. to retain overall look and feel of the site, try to use only one form extension. Since you did majority of web forms with Fabrik, why don't you create all of them with it
6. customize forum css styles to fit better with the template
7. use some kind of image plugin that will order images in your articles in a better way or at least put some spacing around images (articles under Units main menu)
8. edit images that contain borders and remove those borders so you can unify look of all images
9. it is not very clear what images in the footer represents. Maybe you can give them some title
I guess that this is enough for the start

I just made this change but then all my links broke.. Guess this is something to remember for next time..

It was already done with RSForm, before I installed Fabrik..

That's what they wanted, a PDF. But I agree, it would probably look nicer as an article. Maybe I can revisit that with them to change it..

At the time the person only requested a couple of standard forms, so I did them using RSForm. Towards the end of the project they wanted the Tenant Application and Parent form added. I had to have something that offered a solution to securing certain fields, because it collects sensitive information, hence Fabrik. I didn't think there was a need to replace the first few forms that I already have completed and working under RSForm.

Yes, those were done by the site owners.. I'm working with them on uploading new images.
