This site had an extremely mucked up template(inset was the left menu, left menu was the right menu, right menu was something else...) as well as seriously constrained spacewise.
I installed Bento Box last night, made some customizations to the logo's and such(went through 2 variations of bento, one with the splitmenu, one with suckerfish).

RT is great in that you can easily try new stylings.
I added a couple optional footer and trailer divs(right footer, left footer, centered trailer) for future expansion. Moved the modules into the right positions, extended the right menu to the top of the screen..basically a lot of small tweaks.
Other than that, not a lot of customization
