Walk in Wales - Replicant

    • Try the attached background. I don't know if the colors match well, but the text will be easier to read and the size of the background is a lot smaller (now: 197 Kb, new: 36,5 Kb).
You can always make it darker/lighter/blurier, ... in a graphics program.

    • Thanks Robby. I'll give it a go shortly.

    • I darkened the transparent background of the boxes behind the words and achieved the clarity of reading the text and having the image show in the background (someone recommended it to me), but for the life of me - I cannot remember which image it is that your darken?!?!?! ???

Anyway that is my suggestion - I think I darkened by like 50% - anyone know what image it is? :-\

    • Without an url this is hard to tell. You can always rightclick on the background an choose save background image as. Then you know the name.

    • Found it --- it goes in ---> yoursite.com/templates/replicant/images/ (replaces trans-15) you can give it a whirl

I attached my darkened trans-15.png image for replicant.

    • I liked it better when the image was bright...

again, not my site, but bright with faded edges and darkening the smoke (trans-15.png) behind the text would be my suggestion.

That looks better - I went ahead and faded the edges for you above in the post to semi match the background and also made a darker trans-15 (but it will be a "have to view thing" cause I can already ready your text better, so, it might not need to be that dark)

      Hope that helps....
